What I’m Building (Right Now)

I’m in a phase where I’m building quietly but consistently. Not loudly. Not for attention. Just with intention.
Right now, my focus is split between inner clarity and product clarity.
On the personal side, I’m learning how to show up without feeling the need to overshare. I’m figuring out how to communicate what I’m doing without turning my life into content. I’m learning how to be visible without losing the quietness I value.
On the work side, my clearest active focus right now is Plockre.
I’m thinking deeply about booking infrastructure, recurring scheduling, organizer workflows, and the kinds of operational systems that make real experiences feel simpler instead of heavier. I’m interested in the product not just as an interface, but as infrastructure that can support experiences with more clarity and less friction.
At the same time, I’m still building Harltze and Roarche under Harltze Limited.
Harltze remains important to me, but I no longer think about it as the center of everything. It is one product within a larger company vision. Roarche is also part of that direction, and Harltze Limited is the structure holding all of it together.
I’m also learning how to balance faith and strategy — trusting the steps I’m taking even when I don’t see the full picture yet. I’m building slowly because slow is stable, and stable is what lasts.
My work right now is less about trying to prove range and more about building in the right order.
That means letting Plockre receive the attention it needs, while making sure Harltze, Roarche, and the company behind them all continue moving in the same direction.
I’m building something I want to look back on and say, “I did this intentionally. I didn’t force it. I didn’t fake it. I built it honestly.”
That’s where I am. And that’s what I’m working on.
What Happened?
Current execution required narrowing active focus so Plockre could move with clarity while Harltze and Roarche progressed with deliberate pacing.
What I Learned?
Focus is a structural choice. Trying to scale attention in every direction weakens all directions.
Measurable Outcome
Prioritizing sequence over speed improved clarity on what gets built now versus later.
What's Next?
I will keep updating this journal with concrete milestones, constraints, and decisions as they happen.
